The Mavi Motor Oil Company's laboratory unit utilizes modern laboratory equipment and the use of national and international standards and experienced and expert forces to analyze all parameters of various types of engine oil and industrial lubricants.

Laboratory Equipment Performance of Mavi Motor Oil Company:  

Viscometer devices has two baths at 40 and 100 ° C for measure the viscosity and measure the viscosity index.

Refractometers use, made in Germany and this test method is in accordance with the standard ASTM D-445.

 

Cloud and Pour point with 9 separate compartments, it is possible to measure the freezing point and cloud point of lubricant types.

This test method is in accordance with the standard ASTM D-97 done.

 

Flash point open cup tester device is the method of to determine the flashpoint of oil and oil products.  

This test  is in accordance with the standard ASTM D-92 done.

 

Foam test device is the method to measure the lubricating properties of lubricating oils at a temperature of 24 degrees Celsius and 93.5 degrees Celsius.

This test is in accordance with the ASTM D-892 standard done.

 

Color measuring device is the method to measure the color of non material and base oils based on the color of the test. This test is based on ASTM D-1500 standard.

 

Density & Specific Gravity is a method for determining the density, relative density, or crude API .This test is carried out in accordance with ASTM D-1298 standard.

To achieve the best formulation and to examine how different types of additives are used to produce engine oil with different grades and types of industrial oils such as hydraulic, compressor and ..., the production of laboratory samples is carried out in laboratory simulated conditions.
